Hello, bonjour, hola, all of that. Welcome to...my blog. Yep. This is mine. But onto some other things, a little about myself. I'm Taye. You're not allowed to call me by my real name...so call me Taye and Taye only unless you're one of those special people...they know who they are.
I'm sixteen years young, and a junior in high school [ twenty ten ftw ] and I was born and bred in the Lone Star State. I'm a 90's baby with a 80's swag, 70's soul and 3008 [ thanks fergie ] sophistication. I'm tayesexual [ bisexual's become a trend so i'm gonna be my own orientation ]. Dudes, girls...eh. I don't like people all the time. Sometimes people's stupidity really blow me the fuck away. If I had to live like Will Smith by way of I Am Legend, i'd have my iPod, my mother, some taped tv, and a spaceship. I don't know the relevance of the last sentence.
Speaking of iPod, i love...no, LIVE for music. And not no damn 'stanky leg' shit. I mean REAL music, REAL lyricists, the shit I grew up with. Look into my iPod and you will see what I mean; I don't have anything but old stuff and SOME new; Whitney Houston, Maxwell, Prince, Michael Jackson, Xscape, EnVouge, Nas, Tupac, BIG...shit like that is the majority. Then I got some new people; Rihanna, Beyonce, Kanye, Kid Cudi, Chris Brown, Pretty Ricky [ yeah i said it. all day what it do ], Drake...I'm a weirdo with my music, but I go hard for my people all day every day and you will know that.
When it comes to my personality, I can be the nicest person ever. I really can. But I can just as easily be your worst enemy, and I know how to hold a grudge [ I shouldn't, but hey everyone's human ]. I'm somewhat of a pessimist about certain things, like society. Like I said, people bother my goddamn life. I can't stand ignorant shit. I absolutely have no tolerance for loud and ghetto ass people, or people who think they're hardbody and the shit. Those type of people seem to love to test my paitence, and what they don't know is that I can get crazy too, but they won't like my crazy at all. Danger ain't got nothing on me...I promise you. I'm smarter than the average bear; I wasn't grown up to be no trifling girl, and I won't ever go down that route. I know there's a better life for me, and I'm doing all I can to achieve it.
